Our prenatal Reformer Pilates offering is designed for both one-on-one sessions and small, personalized classes. Whether you're early in pregnancy or preparing for delivery, each session is thoughtfully adapted to your stage and needs. Focus is placed on deep core and pelvic floor engagement, breathwork, and safe, supportive movement. Using the Reformer and props, we create space through the spine, ribs, and chest while easing common discomforts. With close guidance in a calm, private setting, you'll build strength, mobility, and confidence—preparing your body for labor, delivery, and a more supported postpartum recovery.
