LAUREN AUDETTE

INSTRUCTOR

Hi, I’m Lauren!

I’m currently an instructor-in-training with a passion for helping others discover the strength, balance, and confidence that Pilates brings—both on and off the reformer. I’ve always loved staying active and connected to movement, whether it’s hiking a new trail, swimming on a sunny day, or spending time outdoors riding horses. Pilates has become the perfect complement to that lifestyle, helping me move with more intention and feel my best every day.

As I continue my training, I’m excited to share what I learn and inspire others to find joy in movement, build body awareness, and feel strong from the inside out.

CHRISTA WIMBERLEY

INSTRUCTOR

With over 15 years of experience teaching Anatomy & Physiology I & II and Nutrition & Diet Therapy at Texas State Technical College, Christa Wimberley blends a deep understanding of the human body with a passion for functional wellness.

As a mom of four—ranging from elementary age to college—Christa knows the importance of staying active and grounded. She’s been practicing Reformer Pilates for the past two years, drawn to its focus on strength, control, and balance. When she’s not on the reformer, you'll find her paddle boarding or exploring new places with her kids.

Her current obsessions? Fresh pasta, blueberries, and a sweet scoop of Baked Bear ice cream—because balance is everything.
